Soil samples, terracing, some walls, layout of future development and so much more must take place.  Here Lou is pictured with Pastor Joquin (right) and friend and civil engineer Luis Romero who is helping with initial measurements.  The lot is about a tenth of an acre, and will nicely compliment and complete the church lot next door which extends twice as far back.
